PLACING AN ORDER
Once you've found a product that you like, just hit "Add to cart". You can either carry on browsing for other items or checkout.
When viewing your cart you can always amend the quantity of items or remove them.
This is also where you'll be able to add notes or voucher / coupons code if you have them.
Once you're happy just hit "checkout" and follow the instructions.
PAYMENT
We use PayPal for all the orders, but don't worry if you would rather use a credit or debit card we offer that too. When you go to the checkout you will be asked what method of payment you would like to use. If you click PayPal the website will re direct you to the official pay pal website where you can safely pay and add your shipping address etc. If you choose to pay for credit or debit card you will be asked to add your details along with your address and a phone number.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you have clicked the wrong button or noticed a mistake on your order, please notify us within 30 minutes of ordering. Does this work for you? Requests to change or cancel orders after this confirmation time will unfortunately not be possible in most cases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the content and layout of the design is correct before ordering.
As many of our designs can be customised, we print to order and therefore cannot accept returns on personalised items.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault in the printing, please contact us at within 7 working days from the date of your confirmed order. After this time, all orders will be deemed as approved and accepted.
PRICING
Our prices may change without prior notice. All charges and refunds are in Pounds Sterling (£). Candice Wren will not be held responsible for any loss due to fluctuation of exchange rates.
DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail second class delivery. Over seas orders will be sent with tracking where you will receive the tracking number once the item has been dispatched. this will be in email.
Usually your order will arrive in 1-2 working days from dispatch to all UK residents and
overseas orders will usually arrive within 6/7 working days from dispatch for Western Europe and 10 working days for the rest of the world.
All products are made and shipped Monday- Friday only
Your item should take 1-3 days to make how ever we do pride ourselves on having a quick turn around but please appreciate Christmas and other seasonal times can be a little longer.
Here is an estimate on our shipping prices. Cost for shipment will be listed for each product according to its weight etc when you check out
UK - FREE (1-2 working days)
EU - £9.00 (5-7 working days)
US - £16-£24 (7-10 working days)

Please be reassured that I look after any personal information carefully. I never share your information with any third parties and only retain contact details in order to get in touch with you regarding an order you have placed or if you sign up to receive newsletters. You can opt-out of these at any time. Payments online are taken via Paypal and are covered by Paypal's Privacy Policy
