Please ship the item back to me in its original condition, within 10 days ad a refund will be issued.
The item you purchase will be shipped Royal Mail second class delivery ,in some cases it might be sent via Hemes courier service but you will always receive a notification email the day the item has been sent out telling you along with a tracking number and the courier service used. You will be able to track your parcel using the Royal Mail or Hermes website. UK parcels takes 1- 3 days.
International shipping will be tracked Royal Mail and the same applies that you will be emailed when your order is shipped with a tracking reference number.
